Electric tricycles are versatile electric vehicles, mainly divided into household type, freight type, and industrial type according to their usage and design.

Types

  1. Household Type: Suitable for daily use in families, usually with a smaller carrying capacity and compact size, ideal for short-distance travel and as a personal mobility aid.
  2. Freight Type: Designed for transporting goods, with a larger carrying capacity and space, suitable for commercial transportation and logistics distribution.
  3. Industrial Type: Specifically designed for industrial environments, capable of adapting to harsh working conditions, such as dust, high temperatures, and rough terrain.

Structure

The basic structure of an electric tricycle includes:

  • Frame: Acts as the main support structure of the tricycle, typically made of metal materials.
  • Wheels: Including the front wheel and rear wheels, with the rear wheels being a single wheel or double wheels, depending on the design.
  • Motor: Provides power, can be a direct current motor or a more advanced brushless motor.
  • Battery: Stores electrical energy for use by the motor, common types include lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries.
  • Control System: Manages the operation of the motor and the charging and discharging of the battery to ensure safety and efficiency.

Assembly Production Process

  2. Material Selection: Choose the right materials for the manufacturing of the frame and components.
  3. Component Processing: Includes processes such as cutting, welding, and stamping for the frame.

  5. Performance Testing: Test the performance of the assembled tricycle to ensure it meets the design standards.
  6. Quality Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the completed electric tricycle to ensure quality.

Automated Assembly Line

  • Automatic Conveying System: Automatically transports parts and semi-finished products to the corresponding assembly stations.
  • Robotic Welding: Improves the quality and efficiency of welding.
