The assembly and production testing process is roughly as follows:

3.Transfer: The shaped panels are transferred to the work area via mechanized suction cup arms for the next stage of manufacturing.
4.Carving: Precision carving of the shaped panels is carried out through mechanized control.
5.Furniture Assembly: Furniture is preliminarily assembled, to be loaded after the chassis construction.
6.Chassis Connection: After the chassis vehicle is driven into the workshop, the connection of the chassis is carried out manually by workers with strict quality control.
7.Pre-embedding of Utilities: After the chassis is connected, the water, electricity, and gas systems are embedded, ensuring that each line is laid out clearly and accurately controlled.
8.Chassis Laying: The layout and configuration functions of an RV are reflected in the laying of the chassis, with preliminary furniture transferred to the chassis for basic installation.
9.Wall Lifting and Forehead Lifting: The carved walls and shaped forehead are loaded onto the chassis through manual and mechanical loading, where precision fit design is a test of the RV manufacturer's capabilities.
10.Interior Installation: After the installation of large furniture pieces, various components inside the cabin still need to be assembled and adjusted.
11.Testing and Adjustment: The RV production process reaches an important testing phase, where any manufacturing defects, safety hazards, and the normal functioning of each configuration are checked.
12.Rainwater Test and Road Condition Test: The final step before the RV leaves the factory is the rainwater test and road condition test to ensure the vehicle's safety and sealing in adverse weather conditions.
In addition, some production bases have achieved modular installation technology, which improves assembly quality and matching accuracy, and greatly enhances production efficiency. At the same time, some production lines also support personalized customization, where consumers can freely choose the style and color of furniture panels.
