CKD and SKD pickup truck assembly lines are production strategies where CKD (Completely Knocked Down) involves importing completely disassembled parts for local reassembly, enhancing local industry capabilities, while SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) involves importing partially assembled components, reducing local production complexity and promoting economic efficiency.

Pickup Structure
The structure of a pickup truck is designed to meet various functions and usage needs, and can be classified into several types:

Unit Body (Monocoque) Construction: This type of structure eliminates the separate chassis, with the frame acting as both the body and the chassis, bearing the impact and load. This design offers advantages in fuel economy and handling, and also excels in interior space utilization.

Frame Body (Ladder Frame) Construction: This is the most commonly used body structure for pickup trucks, known for its high torsional rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Semi-Unitized Body Construction: This structure combines the characteristics of unit body and frame body constructions, typically featuring a MacPherson strut in the front and leaf springs in the rear. Electrical System Installation: This involves the installation and connection of the vehicle's electrical systems, including lighting, power supply, sensors, and control units.

Wheel and Tire Assembly: Mounting the wheels and tires onto the vehicle and performing alignment and balancing.

Final Inspection and Adjustment: A comprehensive inspection of the vehicle is conducted, including performance testing, safety checks, and appearance inspection to ensure all parts are correctly installed and functioning properly.

Quality Control: Rigorous quality control processes are carried out to ensure the vehicle meets manufacturing standards and customer requirements.

Pre-Delivery Preparation: This includes cleaning the vehicle, final adjustments, and preparing for delivery to the customer.
