The assembly and testing process of indoor vacuum circuit breakers, as well as the automation production line and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), are key factors to ensure product quality and production efficiency:

  1. Assembly Process:

    • Material Preparation and Verification: Check materials according to the assembly transfer card to ensure all parts are complete and meet requirements.
    • Outer Shell Unit Assembly: The outer frame serves as the base part to support all components of the circuit breaker, while the side panels provide protection and facilitate installation.
    • Auxiliary Unit Installation: Includes the installation of aviation plugs for exporting internal secondary wiring of the circuit breaker, and rear covers for dust prevention and control operations.
    • Closing and Opening Unit Assembly: Work in conjunction to complete the periodic motion of the circuit breaker.
    • Main Shaft Unit Assembly: The operating mechanism includes a spring energy storage operating mechanism, with energy storage springs and closing energy storage devices.
    • Vacuum Arc Chamber Installation: Ensure the sealing and fixation of the vacuum arc chamber.
    • Secondary Circuit Assembly: Complete the wiring and layout of the auxiliary control circuit to ensure the correct connection of the circuit.
  2. Testing Process:

    • Appearance Inspection: Inspect the assembled circuit breaker to ensure no defects.
    • Mechanical Characteristic Testing: Test the opening distance, contact travel, simultaneity, bounce, etc.
    • Insulation Resistance Test: Conduct power frequency insulation resistance and impulse insulation resistance tests.

    • Vacuum Degree Test: Use a vacuum tester for qualitative testing of the vacuum degree.
    • Operating Characteristic Testing: Test the closing and opening speeds.
    • Low Voltage Closing and Opening Test: Ensure reliable performance of the circuit breaker.
    • Continuous No-load Operation Test: Ensure everything is normal before commissioning and after annual inspection.
  3. Automation Production Line:

    • Modular Design: Adopt a modular design concept to improve product versatility and meet personalized requirements.
    • Automated Production Line: Use PLC as the field control unit, and communicate with the upper computer in real-time via Ethernet to improve production efficiency and product quality.

    • Complete Quality Assurance: Including automatic power frequency and impulse insulation resistance equipment, as well as special internal pressure measurement processes to ensure product quality.
  4. MES System:

    • Process Management: Customize processes and workflows to adapt to different product needs.
    • Work Order Management: MES manages work orders to enhance the flexibility of production scheduling.
    • Equipment Management: Integrate factory control devices and processes to improve efficiency and traceability.
    • Quality Control: The MES system tracks product quality for defect tracking and analysis.
