I. Definition

A steel structure component powder coating production line is a specialized automated production equipment used for powder coating of steel structure components. The powder coating process utilizes the principle of electrostatic attraction to evenly spray the powder coating onto the surface of steel structure components. III. Process Flow

Step Operation Content Notes
Loading Place steel structure components on the conveyor system, preparing them for production. Ensure components are securely placed to avoid falling during conveyance.
Pre-treatment Components pass through degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, and passivation processes to clean the surface and form a protective film. Control the concentration and temperature of each tank solution, and regularly replace the solutions.
Powder Coating Use electrostatic spray guns to evenly apply powder coating onto the surface of steel structure components. Adjust spray gun parameters to ensure uniform coating and recover unused powder.
Curing Send coated steel structure components into the curing oven, heating to a preset temperature and maintaining it for a certain period. Precisely control temperature and time to avoid over-curing or incomplete curing.
Unloading Remove the cured steel structure components from the conveyor system for subsequent packaging and transportation. Inspect coating quality to ensure no missed or sagged areas.

VII. Schematic Diagram (Description)
