The general assembly production line of a light truck production process typically includes the following key steps and equipment:

1.Automated Assembly: High-precision tightening, robotic gluing, automatic filling equipment, high-precision positioning tools, and intelligent lifting are used, all controlled by a computerized automation system to ensure stable and reliable part installation.

2.Material Delivery System: The interior and door lines use an SPS (Set Parts System) material delivery system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of material delivery.

3.Modular Assembly: Modules such as the cab, front and rear axles, seats, and tires are automatically transported to increase assembly efficiency and reduce manual operation.

4.Key Part Tightening: Key parts are tightened using torque wrenches with a recordable process to ensure assembly quality.

5.Intelligent Logistics: Wireless communication recognition and automated logistics conveyance technology are used to achieve intelligent logistics, enhancing efficiency.

6.Quality Control: A policy of internal tracking and external traceability is implemented to ensure product quality, with ongoing innovation in intelligent and information-based inspection methods.

7.Talent and Team Development: Focus on talent and team cultivation, establishing master skill workshops, and enhancing skill levels through national patent applications.

8.Research and Development and Testing: A dedicated high-speed test track is equipped to meet the needs of endurance testing, running-in tests, high-speed noise testing, etc., ensuring product quality.

The application of these processes and equipment helps to improve the level of automation in the light truck production line, ensuring product quality while enhancing production efficiency.

The SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) and CKD (Completely Knocked Down) are two production assembly methods for light truck production lines. In the SKD model, most parts of the vehicle are already manufactured at the original factory, with only partial assembly done at the assembly plant, which helps reduce transportation costs and achieve a certain degree of local production. The CKD, on the other hand, involves shipping all parts in disassembled form to the assembly plant, where the complete vehicle assembly is carried out.

These two models allow light truck production lines to be flexible in response to market demands while maintaining high production efficiency and product quality. By introducing advanced production equipment, automation technology, and intelligent management systems, the production line can ensure precision and consistency in assembly. In addition, focusing on talent cultivation and team building is also a key factor in enhancing the overall competitiveness of the production line.
