The structure of an electric bicycle mainly consists of two parts: the mechanical system and the electrical system. The mechanical system includes the frame, handlebars, kickstand, saddle, fork, pedals, chain, sprocket, front and rear wheels, basket, front and rear fenders, brakes, and brake calipers, among other components. The electrical system primarily comprises the controller, motor, battery, charger, throttle grip, brake lever, dashboard, power lock, speaker, and lights.

In terms of production assembly processes, the manufacturing of electric bicycles generally includes steps such as raw material preparation, frame fabrication, drive system installation, wheel assembly, electrical circuit connection, painting, and assembly and testing. Initially, raw materials like iron, aluminum, and plastic are sorted and processed. Subsequently, the frame is fabricated from iron through processes such as welding. Then, the motor, battery, and controller, which are the core components, are installed onto the frame. Wheel assembly involves mounting the hubs, tires, and braking systems, and securing them to the frame to ensure stable driving. The electrical circuit connection completes the electrical links between the battery and motor, and the controller and motor. The painting process applies color to the frame to enhance its appearance. Finally, assembly and testing are conducted, where accessories like the seat, handlebars, and pedals are installed, and the motor, battery, and controller are tested.

Automated assembly lines are crucial to the manufacturing of electric bicycles. They achieve automated production from raw material processing to complete vehicle testing and quality inspection through precise process scheduling. The assembly line operation enhances manufacturing efficiency, reduces costs, and ensures consistency and reliability in production. With standardized and modular designs, electric bicycle assembly lines can also adapt flexibly to market changes and quickly respond to the production needs of different models.

The manufacturing of electric bicycles through an assembly line is a streamlined process that enhances production efficiency and ensures product quality consistency. Starting with the preparation of raw materials such as metal and plastic components, the process moves on to the fabrication of the bike's frame using advanced welding techniques. Concurrently, the electric components including the motor, battery, and controller are assembled with precision. The assembly line then facilitates the synchronization of mechanical and electrical systems, with wheels being fitted and the entire electrical circuitry being connected. As the bike progresses down the line, it undergoes a detailed painting process for a sleek finish. Finally, the assembly of accessories like seats and handlebars takes place, followed by thorough testing and quality checks to verify the performance and safety of the electric bicycle before it is ready for distribution. This systematic approach on the assembly line optimizes each stage of production, from component manufacturing to the final assembly, resulting in a high-output, cost-effective, and quality-controlled manufacturing operation.
